Freshman Orientation Trip Details

Tuesday, June 11 and Wednesday, June 12

Students registered for the trip should arrive to the high school band hall at 8 AM. Eat breakfast before you arrive. We will have a very brief meeting with parents before we depart. Mr. Nutt will be on hand to answer any questions about high school band and upcoming camps.

Casual clothes are perfect for the first day (shorts and comfortable walking shoes). Students should bring nice clothes for the theater on Tuesday evening. Jeans are discouraged, while dressier clothes are encouraged.

Students will need a swimsuit and their own towel for the water park on Wednesday. They will also need casual clothes to change into before heading home.

Students will need lunch money (fast food) for the first day, and may need some cash for extra food and souvenirs.

Please fill out the mediation form if students take medication. Prepare the medication in a clear bag with the student name clearly marked.

We plan on leaving the water park between 3 and 4 PM. We should be back to Crandall high school around 5 PM.

The Crandall Band Boosters are launching a series of restaurant fundraisers to support our NYC20 trip. They plan on having one each month before the trip. See below to find the upcoming restaurant nights, and keep an eye on the band calendar as well.
